DXTBmp 4.00.95

DXTBmp is an image editor based on Bmp2000 technology and specializes in creating 16-bit images.

It supports the following formats: 565, 555-1, 444-4, DXT (CFS2/FS2002) and DDS (CFS3).

Once the images are created, you can export them to any Paint-type program to edit them in 24 bits.
